For a limited time, RIGOL International customers can register your newly purchased DS1000Z Oscilloscope to extend the warranty to 5 years. There are several restrictions to this offer:

Offer is limited to customers in the RIGOL International Sales Regions.

The offer is limited to new units only.

To be eligible for this extension the unit must be purchased between March 1, 2020 and June 30 2020

Unit must either purchased from RIGOL International directly or through an authorized RIGOL distribution partner.

In addition to the extended warranty this registration will allow you to receive receive product information, updates, and complete ongoing support from Rigol's International team.
